I've seen Randy Pausch's last lecture and it's stunningly insightful. I've watched more than once and I cry every time. Maybe not such a great beach read, though...

Great picks! My career/success favorite book is Basic Black by Cathie Black. I am currently reading, "If You Have to Cry Go Outside," by Kelly Cutrone. I'm having a book club the start of August for it. Would like to write reviews.
